DocumentBuilder: Updated June 23, 2011. Fix minor bugs in DocumentBuilder 2.0 in a few less common scenarios.

DocumentBuilder: Updated June 21, 2011. Complete re-write that increases robustness. DocumentBuilder can handle many cases that it could not previously.

MarkupSimplifier: Updated April 22, 2011. Fixed bug where run-level content controls were not being removed. Added more options to MarkupSimplifier.

MarkupSimplifier: Updated February 8, 2010. Updated to remove comment references.

DocumentBuilder: Updated February 5, 2010. Updated CopyEmbeddedObjects to account for both EmbeddedPackagePart and EmbeddedObjectPart.

. Fixed bug where images were written one byte too short. Renamed from DocProc.zip to DocumentBuilder.zip.

Added code to avoid image duplication. Improved Keep Sections behavior. Check for no items when getting the maximum ID. Allow for documents with no style part or no font table part.

Removed source control linking from project.

CommentMerger: updated August 11, fixed number of bugs, enhanced to merge comments on math formulas.
