Suggestion: move MatchInfo class from Cmdlets to Classes

I would suggest to move MatchInfo class from Cmdlets to Classes.

This is the only dependency for classes in Classes subfolder from classes in Cmdlets subfodler:
The MatchInfo class is used in PowerTools 2.2\Classes\PowerToolsExtensions.cs
